Srinagar, November 27 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, spectators raised pro-Shahid Afridi, pro-freedom and pro-Kashmir slogans while star Indian cricketer and former team captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni was at the Kunzer cricket ground in Baramulla, yesterday.

Dhoni, who has been honoured with the rank of lieutenant colonel of the Indian Army, was the chief guest at the final match of the Indian Army-organised Chinar Premier League.

Hundreds of spectators raised popular slogan: Boom, Boom Afridi after the final match of Indian army sponsored Chinar Cricket tournament. “Boom Boom Afridi,” reverberated at high pitch with some slogans praising mujahideen as well.

The final of the Chinar Premier League 2017 was played between teams of North and South Kashmir at the sprawling Kunzer Cricket Ground in Baramulla.
