Kashmiri cricketers arrested for playing Pak anthem in IOK

Srinagar, January 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, four cricketers have been arrested in north Kashmir’s Bandipora district, after a video showing Pakistan anthem being played before the start of the cricket match, went viral on social media.

As seen in the video, players from both the teams line up before the start of the final match of a tournament in Arin area of the district, while Pakistan national anthem plays in the background.

Reports said that Police had arrested four players. SSP Bandipora, Zulfiqar Azad, told media that “We have made arrests in this regard.”
