Arrest of JKMM activists by Indian police denounced

Srinagar, February 12 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement Chairperson, Farida Behanj has denounced the arrest of party activists Bashir Ahmad, Abdur Rasheed, Zahid Ahmad and Imtiaz Ahmad by Indian police.

Farida Behanji in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the detainees were shifted to unknown place after the arrest. The JKMM chief urged international human rights organizations to play their role in the release of the detainees.

Farida Behanji said that India had unleashed a reign of terror to suppress the Kashmiris’ voice for right to self-determination.
