Protesters demand removal of army camp from Jablipora » Kashmir Media Service

Srinagar, February 17 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a large number of residents of Jablipora area of South Kashmir held a demonstration in Srinagar to demand removal of an Indian Army camp from a playground there.

Member of the so-called Kashmir Assembly Engineer Abdur Rasheed also joined the protesters who had traveled from their village in south Kashmir to Srinagar.

The protesters, including Engineer Rasheed, who staged a demonstration at Press Enclave in Srinagar, raised slogans against the puppet regime and demanded removal of army camp from the village.

The protestors also burned cricket gear and questioned establishing an army camp in the village when already two camps exist over there.

Talking to media men on the occasion, Engineer Rasheed Engineer Rasheed threatened of launching an agitation if army camp was not removed forthwith at Jablipora. He also asked the puppet Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, to act instead of tweeting over rape and murder of a minor girl in Kathua.
