RSS, BJP control Indian judiciary: DeM » Kashmir Media Service

Srinagar, February 17 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) has strongly reacted to the Supreme Court of India’s order of staying an FIR lodged against the Indian troops involved in recent killing of three civilians in Shopian district.

The DeM General Secretary, Nahida Nasreen, in a statement issued in Srinagar said, Indian judiciary is directly controlled by the extremist Hindu organizations, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). She said that it was evident from this decision that judiciary, which was one of the major institutions of India, was subservient to these organizations.

She said Indian puppets in the territory are befooling the innocent civilians of Kashmir and the Indian people are celebrating the decision as victory which is alarming. She urged the Kashmiris not to fall prey to the conspiracies of these puppets.

Nahida Nasreen also expressed serious concern over the deteriorating health of the illegally detained Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik, who is undergoing treatment at Soura hospital in Srinagar in police custody and prayed for his speedy recovery.

Meanwhile, the puppet regime has extended by a week time the magisterial probe into the killing of three civilians in the firing of Indian troops in Shopian district, last month. The puppet authorities had appointed deputy commissioner Shopian as inquiry officer and asked him to complete the probe in twenty days from January 27- when the troops killed three civilians in Ganowpora area of the district. The inquiry officer has now given one more week to complete his investigations.
