Srinagar, March 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has emphasized that the unparalleled sacrifices of the Kashmiri people are aimed at securing the right to self-determination in accordance with the UN Security Council’s resolutions on the Kashmir dispute.

The APHC Chairman while addressing a public gathering at Hyderpora in Srinagar asked India to fulfill its promises of holding a plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir. He hoped that the Indian rule in occupied Kashmir was destined to go one day. The people raised pro-freedom, and pro-Gilani slogans on the occasion. »

Srinagar, March 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the investigation into the abduction, rape and murder of eight-year-old Gujjar girl, Aasifa Bano, in Kathua is almost in the final stage as mastermind of the crime has corroborated the witnesses’ account.

Crime Branch (CB), which is probing the case, is likely to present charge sheet against the mastermind soon. The mastermind of the heinous crime Sanji Ram, 60, a former revenue official, has been thoroughly grilled by the CB and his involvement in the heinous crime has been testified. »

Heads of 53 Commonwealth nations, including Narendra Modi will attend the Summit from April 16-20 in London and Windsor. »

Srinagar, March 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, people staged forceful demonstrations in Soura area of Srinagar, today, to protest against the nocturnal raids conducted by the Indian forces.

People took to streets to demand release of the arrested persons. The protesters also blocked the road, leading to traffic disruptions in the area. »

New Delhi, March 31 (KMS): The Indian Supreme Court will hear a petition on Tuesday against Article 370 of Indian Constitution which gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir.

The petitioner, Kumari Vijayalakshmi Jha, has challenged the April 11 order of the Delhi High Court rejecting her plea, saying that nothing survives in it as the apex court has already dismissed a similar prayer on the issue. »

New Delhi, March 31 (KMS): Glorifying the use of human shields by the Indian army in occupied Kashmir, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader in India is selling T-shirts online showing the infamous scene of an Indian army jeep with a human shield tied to the front that has created outrage in the occupied territory.

The online shopping site run by Delhi BJP spokesman, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga’s company, Bagga Fashions, is selling the T-shirts with caption “Indian army … saving your a** whether you like it or not”. The T-Shirts are being sold for Rs 495 ($8). »

Srinagar, March 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an Indian policeman was critically injured in an attack in Islamabad district, today.

Unidentified gunmen fired upon a police party in Khanabal area of the district, leaving one policeman critically injured.

The injured cop identified as Turag Singh was shifted to a hospital for treatment.

Soon after the incident, Indian police and troops cordoned off the area and launched massive searches to nab the attackers.
