India asked to repeal AFSPA from Kashmir

Srinagar, April 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred four Kashmiri youth in Pulwama district, today.

The troops killed the youth during a violent cordon and search operation at Goitango Laam in Tral area of the district. In the meantime, three personnel of Indian forces including a Special Police Officer were killed in an attack in the same area.

People took to streets in Tral town against the operation. The troops used brute force and fired bullets, pellets and teargas shells on the protesters, injuring many of them. »

Srinagar, April 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian police arrested a 2nd year student of Women’s College M A Road in Srinagar.

The student identified as Asma, who participated in the recent student protests that rocked Kashmir over rape and murder of Kathua girl inside a temple by the gang of Hindus for a week, was arrested by the police from her home Burzahom area of Srinagar.

Hyderabad (India), April 24 (KMS): The Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) has expressed deep concern over the steadily deteriorating situation in occupied Kashmir.

The CPI-M in a statement issued at the end of its 22nd Congress in Hyderabad, India, said, “The alienation of the people in the valley has reached alarming proportions. This is a direct result of the Modi Government’s approach of using brutal force in the valley to suppress popular protests, devoid of any political approach. Local youth are joining the militancy in increasing numbers.” »

 Srinagar, April 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) held a party meeting at Mehand in Bijbehra area of Islamabad district.

The JKPL Chairman, Mukhtar Ahmed Waza, presided over the meeting, which was attended by party members from South Kashmir including Nisar Ahmed Rathar, Molvi Muhammad Rafiq, Shabir Nanwai, Riyaz Ahmed, Fayaz Ahmed and a large number of people of Mehand area. Srinagar, April 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference has urged the international community to fulfill its responsibilities to mitigate the sufferings of the people of Jammu and Kashmir due to illegal occupation of India.

Centres defy ban, vow to continue classes

Srinagar, April 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani has flayed the puppet authorities for closing private coaching centers, terming the decision as manifestation of egoistic approach of the puppet authorities.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said, the puppet administration is following the RSS agenda and this dictatorial order is aimed at ruining the future of our students. He said the authorities have failed to deliver any good, and their activities are aimed at pleasing their masters in New Delhi. “All the orders are being issued from Nagpur,” he said while referred to the RSS headquarters. »

Jammu, April 24 KMS): In occupied Kashmir, social activist and tribal leader Chudhary Talib Hussain, has said that the brutal rape and murder of eight-year-old Aasifa in Kathua was aimed at terrorizing the nomadic people and force them to leave the area.

Chudhary Talib Hussain addressing people in Chanderkote and Ramban areas of Jammu region said, “Some forces are trying to create communal wedge between the communities but we have to maintain our age-old communal harmony.” »

Pune (India), April 24 (KMS): ‘We are losing the valley’ are the words uttered by former Indian minister and seasoned politician Yashwant Sinha upon return from his eight-day visit to occupied Kashmir, last month.

This was disclosed by none other than the former Indian intelligence chief, Amarjit Singh Dulat, while delivering a lecture on Kashmir in Pune. Srinagar, April 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) has said that its Chairperson, Aasiya Andrabi, and her associates are being ill-treated by the authorities of Srinagar Central Jail.

A DeM spokesperson in a statement issued in Srinagar dismissed the charges framed by the Indian police against Aasiya Andrabi terming them as fictitious and fabricated and said that her detention had exposed the frustration of the puppet administration. »
