Police official said that the gunmen fired upon Zubair Parray (30) at around 8:35 pm in Allochibagh. “The gunmen shot him from close range in his crockery shop”. »

Another woman abducted, raped in Jammu

Srinagar, April 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has criticized the puppet authorities for imposing restrictions on the movement of party Chairman Syed Ali Gilani and other Hurriyat leaders.

The APHC in a statement issued in Srinagar questioned the so-called assurance by the occupation authorities that the ailing leader was free to go anywhere in the territory. The APHC said that there was no constitutional and moral justification to curb his peaceful political activities and stop him even from performing religious obligations. The statement also condemned the harassment of Kashmiri students pursuing studies in different states and cities of India because of their Kashmiri origin. »

Srinagar, April 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, unidentified armed men today attacked an Indian army party in Zainapora, Shopian district. However, there was no report of any casualties.

An official claimed that the attack was carried out by mujahideen who fired upon army’s 34 RR party at Malikgund bus stop in Zainapora today.

He said a search operation has been launched in the area.

Meanwhile, the troops also launched a massive search operation in the forest area of Kupwara.

Srinagar, April 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a court has extended the remand of Dukhtaran-e-Millat (DeM) Chairperson, Aasiya Andrabi for another eight day.

A DeM spokesperson in a statement condemned the authorities for staging drama at Islamabad court where the party chief had to be presented after the eight-day remand. The spokesperson Rifat Fatima said that Aasiaya was kept at the Saddar police station for the whole day without food and water and was brought to court at the evening. »

Jammu, April 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a 24-year-old woman has levelled serious allegations of wrongful confinement and rape against Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) man inside a camp in Jammu.

The woman, hailing from the Mandi area of Poonch district, lodged a written complaint with police station Domana, saying that she was waylaid by a group of three CRPF personnel, taken inside their camp and raped by one of them, a police official said. »

Srinagar, April 29 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, residents of Frisal village of Kulgam have said that they were caught by surprise when they saw mujahideen alighted from their vehicle and started to manage traffic on the street.

A witness told media in Srinagar that “In the afternoon traffic on the Frisal-Yaripora road came to halt due to a jam near Frisal. As the people were trying to clear it, some three armed mujahideen suddenly came out of a vehicle they were travelling in and started managing the traffic.” »
