Hurriyat delegations visit martyrs’ families » Kashmir Media Service

Srinagar, June 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, delegations of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League and Salvation Movement visited the families of martyrs in different areas of the territory.

A delegation of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat visited the residences of martyrs Muhammad Yousuf Rathar and Shahid Nazir at Nowshehra and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.

JKPL Chairman Mukhtar Ahmad Waza visited the residence of martyred Nisar Ahmad Butt and expressed solidarity with his family. Nisar Ahmad was martyred by Indian troops in a fake encounter at Machil area of Kupwara, when Army claimed that it killed three mujahideen who were trying to infiltrate to Kashmir from Machhil Sector. Waza appealed to the international human rights organizations to play role in stopping the ongoing bloodshed in Kashmir.

Meanwhile, Hurriyat leader and the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM), Zafar Akbar Butt soon after release from house detention along with party delegation visited the house of mar,tyr Dawood Shafi at Mustafaabad and other parts of Kashmir valley.

Zafar Akber Butt, expressing solidarity and heartfelt condolences with Dawood Shafi’s parents, paid rich and glowing tributes to Dawood, said: “Our brave martyrs are scarifying their precious lives and blood for the betterment of our future it’s our moral and collective responsibility to safeguard these unprecedented and unmatched sacrifices.”

He also visited the residence of recently released Hurriyat activist, Shakeel Ahmad and welcomes his release and demanded unconditional release of all political prisoners and detainees on humanitarian ground.
