Srinagar, July 02 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a delegation of resistance leaders including Abdul Ahad Parra, Zahoor Ahmad Butt and Ghulam Nabi War visited the residence of martyr, Sajjad Ahmad Shah, at Chagula in Handwara area of Kupwara district, today.

Addressing mourners on the occasion, the leaders paid rich tributes to Sajjad Ahmad Shah and other Kashmiri martyrs, and vowed to continue their mission till its accomplishment. Sajjad was martyred during a cordon and search operation by the Indian troops at Thumna in Pulwama district on Friday.

The resistance leaders urged the international community to take steps for and an end to bloodshed in the occupied territory and settlement of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people.

The leaders on the occasion conveyed condolence messages from Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik to the bereaved family.
