Srinagar, July 16 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Muhammad Yasin Malik has condemned the killings in Balochistan, Pakistan, during an election rally and termed it as handiwork of those cowards who believe in spilling innocent blood for their selfish motives.

Srinagar, July 16 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, in the first-ever mass marriage, as many as 105 couples tied the knot in a simple function in Amar Singh Club in Srinagar. The couples belonged to various parts of north Kashmir including Srinagar.

Ghulam Rasool Chakan, who organized the function told media that “It is the first such mass marriage.”

“In this mass marriage, we have couples from Uri, Sumbal, Pattan, Beerwa, Budgam, Khan Sahab, Baramulla and even from Srinagar,” Chakan said. »

Forces arrest brothers of three martyrs

Srinagar, July 16 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism, martyred a youth in Kupwara district.

The youth was killed during a violent military operation led by Indian Army’s 57 & 41 Rashtriya Rifles in Safawali Gali area of the district.

Meanwhile, two Indian troops were injured in an attack during a cordon and search operation in the same area.

On the other hand, Indian troops during house raids arrested Shaker Paddar, Saheel Ahmad Wani and Suhail Ahmad, brothers of martyred Saddam Paddar, Nasir Ahmad Wani and Irfanul Haq from Heff and Maldair areas of Shopian district.

London, July 16 (KMS): Young Kashmiris in the UK came together to pay homage and respects to those who sacrificed their lives for the right to self-determination and vowed to continue the struggle against oppression and injustice committed against the innocent people of Indian occupied Kashmir.

The young Kashmiris under the banner of the Kashmir Youth Assembly in a statement in London expressed the need to internationally highlight the gross human rights violations being perpetrated in Kashmir and advocate the cause for right to self-determination. The statement further added that international youth engagement on Kashmir has been minimal and in this modern age, young people can potentially make a lasting impact, particularly in the case of Kashmir. »

Indian police arrest Yasin Malik in occupied Kashmir

Srinagar, July 15 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani and Hurriyat forum Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq have condemned the loss of innocent lives in recent terrorist attacks in Pakistan.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said the attacks are a well-thought-out plan to malign Pakistan, which faces multiple problems and cross border terrorism. Mirwaiz Umar Farooq said the pain of losing loved ones can well be felt by Kashmiris who see the dance of death at the hands of Indian forces in the occupied territory on daily basis. The leaders extended heartfelt condolences to the Government of Pakistan and its people. »
