Srinagar, August 08 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Islami Tanzeem Azadi Jammu and Kashmir, Abdul Samad Inqilabi, visited the families of martyrs in Shopian and expressed solidarity with them.

Abdul Samad Inqilabi visited the residences of martyrs Muhammad Arif Mir, Omar Nazir Malik, Aijaz Ahmad Pal, Waqar Ahmad, Shaikh Irshad Khan, Aadil Malik and Shahid Khan in different areas of Shopian and paid tributes to the martyrs.

Addressing people in these areas, he said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs would not be allowed to go waste and their mission would be accomplished at all costs.

Meanwhile, Hurriyat leaders, Shabbir Ahmed Dar and Imtiyaz Ahmed Reshi, in a statement condemned the continued detention of Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Nabi Waseem, by Indian police terming his arrest as political vengeance.

Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League while expressing concern over the plight of inmates at Indian jails from Baramulla in occupied Kashmir to Tihar in Delhi said that the inmates were even deprived of medical treatment.
