Indian  army man killed two others injured in an attack

Srinagar, September 01 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred three Kashmiri youth in Bandipora district on Saturday.

The youth were martyred during a siege and search operation in Dana Bahak in Malangam forest area of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district. »

Indian police arrest journalist in Srinagar

Srinagar, September 01 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their unabated acts of state terrorism martyred thirty four Kashmiris including a woman during the last month of August. Two of those martyred were killed in a fake encounter.

According to the data issued by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, the killings in the month rendered two women widowed and six children orphaned. During the month, four hundred eighty three people were critically injured due to the use of brute force including firing of bullets, pellets and teargas shells by the Indian troops, paramilitary and police personnel on peaceful protesters in the occupied territory. As many as one hundred ninety six Hurriyet leaders, activists and youth were arrested during house raids and crackdown operations. The troops also destroyed or damaged one hundred forty houses and disgraced five women during cordon and search operations in the month. »

Srinagar, September 01 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian police have arrested a journalist, Asif Sultan, in Srinagar.

Muhammad Sultan, the father of Asif Sultan, told media that the police arrested his son from his home in the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday. “They took him, searched his room, his books, took his laptop and phone,” he added.

Asif Sultan is an assistant editor with monthly magazine, Kashmir Narrator. »

Srinagar, September 01 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an Indian policeman was arrested for house trespassing and attempting to molest a woman in Baramulla district.

The policeman was found in suspicious circumstances in a house in Qazi Hamam area of Baramulla, last night. The cop is working in the Armed Police as Selection grade constable and was handed over to the police by the locals of the area.
