India hatching conspiracies against freedom movement

Srinagar, September 08 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred one Kashmiri youth in Islamabad district, late last night.

The troops killed the youth identified as Bilal Ahmed Butt during a cordon and search operation at Ranipora in Achabal area of the district. Earlier, an Indian policeman was injured when unidentified persons attacked a police picket in the area.

Unidentified gunmen shot dead an activist of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Hakim-ur-Rehman Sultani, outside his home at Reshipora in Bomai area of Sopore. Hakim-ur-Rehman Sultani was recently released from illegal detention. »

Srinagar, September 08 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Hurriyat forum, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has said that India cannot alter the disputed status of Kashmir by using its judiciary, executive, armed forces or the Parliament.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq in a statement issued in Srinagar referred to Article 35-A case in the Indian Supreme Court and said that the Indian Constitution itself had guaranteed certain special rights to the people of Jammu and Kashmir till a plebiscite was conducted in the territory. “This is not a hidden agenda of the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh only but the Indian government is explicitly following it,” he said. »
