Srinagar, September 11 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Sanjay Tickoo, head of the Kashmiri Pandit Sangarash Samiti, has rejected the propaganda unleashed by the Indian media about the so-called threats to the Pandits living in the Kashmir Valley.

Sanjay Tickoo in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Indian media propaganda was aimed at creating trust deficit among different segments of the society living in the Valley.

He said that the rumors being spread by the Indian media about the so-called life threats to the religious minuscule minority (Kashmiri Pandits) in the Valley were part of a pre-planned conspiracy to distract people’s attention from the onslaught on Article 35-A and Article 370 of the Indian Constitution.

Sanjay Tickoo added that the aim of this propaganda was to sacrifice the Valley’s Pandits to gain some political mileage and to distract people’s attention from the issues related to Article 35-A and Article 370.
