Srinagar, December 15 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh acts of state terrorism martyred ten Kashmiri youth in Pulwama district, today.
The troops martyred three youth, Zahoor Ahmed, Bilal Ahmed and Adnan during a cordon and search operation in Kharpora Sirnoo area of the district.
People took to the streets and held forceful demonstrations against the killing of the youth. Indian troops fired bullets, pellets and teargas shells to disperse the protesters, killing seven more youth, Shahbaz Ali, Suhail Ahmed, Liyaqat Ahmed, Murtaza, Amir Ahmed Palla, Touseef Ahmed Mir and Abid Hussain Lone and injuring dozens others. Intense clashes between the demonstrators and Indian forces’ personnel were going on in the area when last reports came in.
Earlier, two Indian soldiers were injured in an attack in the area. One of the injured later succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the occupation authorities suspended rail services in the occupied territory and snapped mobile internet services in Srinagar, Budgam, Pulwama, Islamabad, Shopian and Kulgam districts to prevent people from sharing information about the prevailing situation of the territory following the killing of the youth.
