Pakistan’s support to Kashmir struggle appreciated

Srinagar, February 04 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) and the President of Anjuman Shari Shian, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi has said observance of the Kashmir Solidarity Day on February 5 by the government and people of Pakistan, Azad Kashmir and by the Pakistanis and Kashmiri people living across the world is encouraging and praiseworthy.

Agha Syed Hasan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi in a statement issued in Srinagar expressed gratitude to the government of Pakistan, its people, and army for their unflinching support to the people of the occupied territory who are carrying on their just struggle for securing their inalienable right to self-determination.

He said people of Kashmir are challenging a big power and Pakistan is the only country that extends its continued support to their cause. “We are highly thankful to Pakistan for its categorical support and hope the country will play more effective role in this regard by activating all its embassies and allocating them the task of highlighting the Kashmir dispute and human rights violations by the Indian troops,” he said.

He urged the people of Pakistan to organize demonstrations and highlight the Kashmir dispute and gross human rights violations perpetrated by Indian troops in Kashmir. He hailed the role of Pakistan in highlighting the worst human rights violations in Kashmir.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Islami Tanzeem Azadi Abdul Samad Inqilabi in a statement in Srinagar thanked the government and people of Pakistan for observing Kashmir Solidarity Day on February 05 and said the observance of the day would highlight the Kashmir dispute at the international level.
