JI IOK leader’s death widely condoled

Srinagar, February 20 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, Muhammad Yasin Malik and Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi have expressed condolences over the demise of senior Jamaat-e-Islami leader and a well known social activist, Abdul Majeed Fazli.

The leaders in their separate statements in Srinagar said that he was a noble soul, an affectionate human being, a caring citizen, a religious and inspirational lover for Islam and freedom.

On the direction of Syed Ali Gilani, his two sons participated in the funeral prayers of Abdul Majeed Fazli at Soura in Srinagar.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League, Mukhtar Ahmad Waza speaking at a condolence meeting at Seer Hamdan area of Islamabad district urged the resolution of Kashmir dispute in accordance with aspirations of the Kashmiris.
