Srinagar, March 06 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi Jammu and Kashmir has expressed concern over the act of jail authorities of once again not producing the party Chairman, Abdul Samad Inqilabi, before the court for hearing in a fake case against him.

The party spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that by not producing Inqilabi in the court for hearing on due dates the authorities were prolonging his detention by design.

Abdul Samad Inqilabi is currently imprisoned at Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu after being booked under draconian law Public Safety Act. He was to be produced before the court of sessions judge Kupwara, but the jail administration did not brought him to the court on the hearing. The court has fixed April 24 as next date of hearing.

The spokesman urged the international human rights organizations to put pressure on India to release all Kashmiri political prisoners.
