Srinagar, March 11 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir, Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai has condemned the summoning of Hurriyat forum Chairman, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Ali Gilani’s son, Syed Naseem Gilani, by the Indian National Investigation Agency (NIA).

Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai in a statement issued in Srinagar said harassing and intimidating resistance leaders and their relatives is a tool often used by India to crush the freedom voice but they have failed in doing so in the past and will definitely fail in the future as well. »

Srinagar, March 11 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Joint Hurriyat Leadership (JRL) has termed the NIA summons to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Ali Gilani’s son, Syed Naseem Gilani, and asking them to appear before NIA in New Delhi, as sheer political vendetta.

The leadership in a statement in Srinagar said that the NIA raids on the residences of Hurriyat leaders and their relatives followed by summoning them to New Delhi is a fresh attempt to build pressure on them so that they stop pursing the resolution of the Kashmir dispute. »

Death toll of tral operation rises to three

Srinagar, March 11 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops launched cordon and search operations in Pulwama and Shopian districts, today.

Indian troops of Rashtriya Rifles, Central Reserve Police Force and Special Operation Group personnel launched a search operation in Arihal, Bongam and Raina Mohalla areas of the Pulwama d istrict , today early morning, a police official said. He said all the entry and exit points of the village were sealed and door-to-door searches were conducted. The operation was in progress when this report was being filed. »
