Jammu, March 25 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an extra-ordinary meeting of the Jammu and Kashmir Freedom Movement (JKFM) was held in Jammu, today, with its Chairman, Muhammad Sharif Sartaj in chair.

The meeting was called in connection with the growing brutalities by Indian forces on the innocent people of Kashmir and patronage of the communal Hindu extremists by the BJP-led government.

Muhammad Sharif Sartaj addressing the meeting said that the message of Indian Prime Minster, Narendra Modi to his Pakistani counterpart, Imran Khan in connection with Pakistan National Day was a good omen and said that it would help reduce the prevailing tense situation between the two countries.

He appealed to the world community to stop India from its Hindutva mindset. He also urged the United Nations to encourage Imran Khan’s invitation of talks to India for peaceful settlement of the Kashmir dispute and compel New Delhi to implement UN Kashmir resolutions.
