Srinagar, April 17 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front has expressed serious concern over the continued illegal detention of its Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, in the custody of India’s infamous National Investigation Agency (NIA).

A JKLF spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said, Muhammad Yasin Malik has been kept at some undisclosed place by the NIA for unknown reasons, which is a serious cause of concern to the Kashmiris particularly to the family of detained leader. He said that such inhuman acts were not going to yield any results for India as they were bound to fail. Yasin Malik is a brave, revolutionary and dynamic leader who is being followed by hundreds and thousands of people for his thoughts, ideology and sacrifices, he said. »

New Delhi, April 17 (KMS): India’s Enforcement Directorate has attached assets worth millions of Rupees of illegally detained Kashmiri businessman Zahoor Ahmed Watali in a false case registered against him in occupied Kashmir.

The ED in a statement issued in New Delhi said that a provisional order had been issued for attaching lands in Sozeith Goripora, Narbal and Budgam areas belonging to Zahoor Watali and his family members that are worth Rs 6.19 crore. »
