Night curfew continues in Kishtwar

Srinagar, April 22 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops continuing with their atrocities on innocent Kashmiri Muslims have thrashed several youth in Shopian district.

The youth including one Sartaj Ahmad Butt were thrashed and injured during a cordon and search operation jointly launched by Indian Army’s 34 Rashtriya Rifles, Central Reserve Police Force and Special Operations Group at Avend-Rawalpora area of the district.

Sartaj Ahmad Bhat was shifted to District Hospital Shopian for treatment.

Indian troops during door-to-door searches barged to the a residential houses and snatched dozens of cell phones and beat several youth resulting in grave injuries to one person, the locals told media men.

Meanwhile, the night curfew continued on 13 day in the Kishtwar town.
