Five killed, eleven injured as landslide hits mini-bus in Doda » Kashmir Media Service

Srinagar, April 25 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, five persons including three women were killed and eleven others injured in a landslide in Doda district.

The incident occurred when a mini-bus carrying passengers came under a boulder after a landslide hit a stretch of Thathri-Gandoh road in Piyakul area of the district.

The ill-fated vehicle was on its way from Doda to Kahara when a big boulder hit the passenger bus.

The deceased have been identified as Mudasir Ahmed, Mansoor Ahmed, his wife Gulshan Bagam, Shakeela Bagam and Kamlesha Devi.

The injured were identified as Shafqat Hussain, Rashida Begum, Shakuntla Devi, Jaleel Ahmed, Nawshad Ahmed, Muhammad Akram, Shalinder Singh, Khalid Hussain, Rinku Devi, Abdul Wahid and Kewal Kumar.
