Seminar on Palestine, Kashmir in Islamabad » Kashmir Media Service

Islamabad; May 24 (KMS): The Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, Palestine, Kashmir and Rohingya Parliamentary Forum and Palestine Foundation Pakistan held a seminar “Palestine Conflict: Quest for a solution” at Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS), Islamabad.

The speakers reaffirmed that Pakistan would continue its all-out support to the struggles of right to self-determination underway in Palestine and Kashmir. They also highlighted the state terrorism unleashed by India in occupied Kashmir.

The speakers included Federal Minister for Human Rights, Shireen Mazari, Chairman of Kashmir Committee, Syed Fakhar Imam, Ambassador of Palestine, Sabir Karbalai, Ambassador Arif Kamal, Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, Senator Lt Gen (Retd) Abdul Qayyum, former Senator, Farhatullah Babar, human rights activist, Afrasiab Khattak, APHC leader, Abdul Hameed Lone and Executive Director of Kashmir Media Service, Shaikh Tajammul-ul-Islam.

A large number including members of parliament, APHC leaders, journalists, members of the civil society, heads of think-tanks and human right activists attended the seminar.
