Civilian shot at, injured in sopore

Srinagar, May 28 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, a civilian was shot at and injured by unidentified gunmen in Sopore area of Baramulla district on Tuesday evening.

Unknown gunmen fired upon the civilian Farooz Ahmad Gojri after barging into his house in Zaloora area of Sopore, leaving him injured.

His family shifted him to a nearby district hospital Handwara for treatment. His condition is stated to be critical.

Soon after the incident, Indian troops and police personnel cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to nab the attackers.
