Booking of Shah, Aasiya, Masarat in fresh cases denounced

Srinagar, June 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred three more Kashmiri youth in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, today, taking the number of the slain youth to four since yesterday.

The troops launched a violent cordon and search operation at Panjran in Lassipora area of the district, last evening, and martyred one youth. Three more youth were martyred by the troops in the same area, today. The bodies of the youth were recovered from the debris of two residential houses destroyed by the troops in the area. The martyred youth were identified as Suleiman Khan, Shabbir Ahmed Dar, Imran Ahmed Butt and Aashiq Hussain Ganai. Suleiman Khan and Shabbir Ahmed Dar were working with the Indian police as special police officers, who had gone missing along with their service rifles from District Police Lines, Pulwama, and had joined the mujahideen ranks, yesterday. »

Jammu, June 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an Indian soldier was injured in a landmine blast in Poonch district of Jammu region, today.

An official told media that Kailash Chand of 39 Rashtriya Rifles sustained foot injury after he stepped on a landmine in Jullas area in the district.

He was airlifted to a hospital in Udhampur for treatment.

Srinagar, June 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred another Kashmiri youth in Islamabad district, today, raising the number of the martyred youth to five since Thursday evening.

The troops martyred the youth during a cordon and search operation at Nowgam in Verinag area of the district. The operation was going on till last reports came in.

The occupation authorities have suspended mobile internet service in Islamabad district. »

Srinagar, June 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi has strongly condemned the slapping of black law, Public Safety Act (PSA), on its illegally detained Chairman and Hurriyat leader, Abdul Samad Inqilabi, for the third time and lodging him to Kot Bhalwal Jail in Jammu.

A spokesman of Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Indian police had arrested Abdul Samad Inqilabi in December 2018 from Dorgripora, Pulwama, and subsequently booked him under the PSA. He said that the court quashed the illegal detention of the party Chairman twice, however, on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr, the occupation authorities again slapped him with the black law for the third time in a row. »

Muzaffarabad, June 07 (KMS): Protest rallies were organized in Muzaffarabad against the continued house detention of the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, in Srinagar.

A large number of people including women and children participated in the rallies arranged by the Azad Jammu and Kashmir chapter of Jammu and Kashmir Mass Movement. »

Srinagar, June 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has said that instead of releasing the Kashmiri political prisoners on the eve of Eid-ul-Fitr, New Delhi has booked them in fresh cases which clearly exhibit arrogance of Indian state against the Kashmiris.

A DFP spokesman in a statement in Srinagar strongly condemning the booking of illegally detained party Chairman, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, and other Hurriyat leaders in fresh fake cases said that such acts only strengthen the political stance of Hurriyat leadership. »

Srinagar, June 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an Indian paramilitary commando has committed suicide in Shopian district.

The commando Karamjeet Singh of 23 Para Regiment committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle while he was on duty in Muchpora Keller area of the district.

It is fourth such incident in last one week. Earlier, Indian army officer Colonel Rohit Singh Solanki, and soldiers, Yogesh Singh and Vijay committed suicides in Leh, Jammu and Pulwama districts. »
