Srinagar, June 07 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, an Indian paramilitary commando has committed suicide in Shopian district.

The commando Karamjeet Singh of 23 Para Regiment committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle while he was on duty in Muchpora Keller area of the district.

It is fourth such incident in last one week. Earlier, Indian army officer Colonel Rohit Singh Solanki, and soldiers, Yogesh Singh and Vijay committed suicides in Leh, Jammu and Pulwama districts.

This latest incident raised the number of such deaths amongst the Indian troops and police personnel to 430 in occupied Kashmir since January 2007 till date.
