Highway ban shows religious fanatic face of Indian rulers

Srinagar, July 06 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Joint Resistance Leadership remembering popular youth leader, Burhan Wani, his associates and other martyrs of 2016 mass uprising has called for complete shutdown on Monday, the 8th July.

Indian troops had martyred Burhan Wani in a fake encounter in Kokernag area of Islamabad district on 8th July in 2016.

The JRL in a statement issued in Srinagar paying rich tributes to all the Kashmiri martyrs particularly Burhan Wani appealed to the people of Tral and adjoining areas to pay homage to Burhan Wani. It also requested the people to pay tributes to every martyr in their vicinity and take pledge to carry the noble mission of the martyrs to its logical end. The JRL urged the world powers to look into the Kashmir dispute which has consumed more than half a million people and still continues to suck the blood of innocents on daily basis. It said the Kashmiris are striving for resolution of the Kashmir issue peacefully without any further bloodshed. »

Ranchi (India), July 06 (KMS): A group of Hindu extremists abused and thrashed three Muslim youth and forced them to chant ‘Jai Shri Ram’ slogan after asking their names in Ranchi city of Indian state of Jharkhand.

A group of Hindu extremists attacked the youth and forced them to chant “Jai Shri Ram”. The youth, who sustained injuries, were immediately admitted to hospital.

Enraged members of Muslim community blocked the MG Marg near Church Complex, demanding immediate arrest of the culprits. »

Srinagar, July 06 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, at least twenty Amarnath pilgrims were injured in a road accident in south Kashmir’s Islamabad district, today.

Two buses carrying Amarnath yatris collided with each other in Hernag area of the district, resulting in the injuring of twenty persons including several women. Two of the injured suffered serious injuries and were admitted at a hospital. »

India’s so-called secular face stands exposed

Srinagar, July 06 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the arrangements made by the Indian authorities for the Amarnath yatris have exposed the real face of secular India.

While the Muslims in occupied Kashmir and India are not being allowed to perform their religious obligations, the Indian state leaves no stone unturned to facilitate the Hindu pilgrims during the annual Amarnath yatra that continues for several weeks. »

Srinagar, July 06 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) has strongly condemned the ban imposed by the occupation authorities on the movement of civilian traffic on Srinagar-Jammu highway during the Amarnath Yatra.

The JKLF Acting Chairman, Abdul Hameed Butt, in a statement issued in Srinagar said banning civilian traffic on highway and halting train service for a lame excuse of providing security to Amarnath pilgrims actually shows the religious fanatic face of Indian rulers who are hell bent upon inflicting miseries and hardships on common citizens of occupied Kashmir. »

Srinagar, July 06 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, fruit growers and traders held a protest demonstration in Sopore town to protest against the authorities’ move of restricting civilian traffic on Srinagar-Jammu highway in the name of so-called security of Amarnath yatris.

A large number of people including fruit growers, dealers, businessmen and local people assembled in the compound of Fruit Mandi, Sopore, to protest against the ban. »
