Srinagar, July 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, reacting to the statement of Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, All Parties Hurriyat Conference Chairman, Syed Ali Gilani has said that the ‘Kashmir issue will be resolved soon’ has pricked the balloon of deceitful rhetoric of “Atoot Ang [integral part]”.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said, “Resolutions are sought only for disputed and unresolved issues so even subconsciously Indian rulers have accepted Jammu and Kashmir to be a dispute, the resolution of which, according to them, is going to be very soon.” »

Indian forces launch CASO in Baramulla

Srinagar, July 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has called for settlement of the Kashmir dispute in its historical perspective through democratic means to avert a big catastrophe in the South Asian region.

The APHC in a statement issued after its meeting in Srinagar strongly condemned the India’s suppression of Kashmiris’ genuine struggle for freedom through brutal military means. The APHC warned that the policy of keeping the issue in a cold storage had all the potential to destroy the entire South Asian region. The statement expressed grave concern over the deteriorating health condition of APHC Chairman Syed Ali Gilani and appealed people to pray for his speedy recovery. »

Caracas, July 21 (KMS): Parliamentary Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Ms Andleeb Abbas has expressed Pakistan’s deep appreciation to the Non-Aligned Movement’s consistent support for the right of self-determination of people living under foreign occupation.

Srinagar, July 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian forces launched a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Bandi Payeen village of Kreeri area in Baramulla district on Sunday morning.

The operation was jointly launched by Indian army’s 52 Rashtriya Rifles, Special Operations Group and other forces. The forces seized all the entry and exit points of Sofi Mohalla of village and started a search operation. »

Srinagar, July 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, police have recovered throat-slit body of a man under mysterious conditions near Shivhard, Panzgam in Kokernag area of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district.

Reports said that some locals spotted the body at Shivhard area and accordingly informed police about it.

Immediately a police team rushed to the spot and recovered the body, they said. »

Srinagar, July 21 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the High Court has overturned draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA) of a man hailing from Kulgam, booked under the act in February, this year.

Sartaj Ahmad Dar, hailing from Devsar, Kulgam is the brother of a martyred freedom activist, Shakoor Ahmad Dar. He was booked under public safety act on February 15, by District Magistrate Kulgam. The detention was challenged by his counsel Shah Ashiq Hussain. »
