Srinagar, July 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani while commenting on the revelation by US President, Donald Trump, about Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s request for mediation on Kashmir dispute has said that slight acknowledgement of the historical facts has unnerved Indian politicians.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar, today, said that Donald Trump’s statement had frustrated both Indian rulers and opposition to the extent that they had started seeking clarification from their prime minister.

He said the US recognizes Jammu and Kashmir as an international dispute since 1947 and is the main supporter of plebiscite, even authored the plebiscite resolutions and guidelines for its implementations. »

Srinagar, July 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has categorically refuted the statements, attributed to its Chairman, being flashed on media.

The APHC in a statement in Srinagar, today, said, Hurriyat Conference once again wants to make it loud and clear that no social media account on Twitter or Facebook, is being officially operated in the name of All Parties Hurriyat Conference or its Chairman Syed Ali Gilani and no earlier statement regarding Pak –US meeting has been issued. Hurriyat further said that all such accounts are fake and Hurriyat or its Chairman is not accountable about their content. »

India failed to reduce Kashmir dispute’s significance

Srinagar, July 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Syed Ali Gilani has said that New Delhi appointed Governor, Satya Pal Malik is openly encouraging violence and civilian killings in the territory.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar while commenting on a recent statement of the IOK Governor said that it was unfortunate that a country claiming to believe in non-violence and proudly labeling itself the world’s largest democracy was inciting Kashmiri youth to resort to killing of the people. He maintained that by such utterances Indian Governor had unmasked the real face of the so-called proud killers of Gandhi. Syed Ali Gilani emphasized that the oppressor in the occupied territory had always sowed the seeds of corruption in Jammu and Kashmir and had given rise to vandalism, political arrogance and executive highhandedness. »

Srinagar, July 24 (KMS): An Indian court ordered the release of four Kashmiris, who remained illegally detained in New Delhi’s Tihar jail for the past 23 years.

These Kashmiris identified as Mirza Nasir, Ali Muhammad Killay, Latif Ahmed Waja and Assadullah Gone, today, reached Srinagar from New Delhi.

A Rajasthan court in India ordered their release. They were arrested by Indian police after a blast in Lajpath Nagar in New Delhi. »

Jammu, July 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, people continued to stage protest on the second consecutive day, today, against the sacrilege of Eidgah by Hindu miscreants in Marmat area of Doda district.

The protesters urged the district administration as well as police to take strict action against these elements. They said that such acts would not be tolerated at all. The protesters warned that the administration would be responsible if these elements were not punished. »

Srinagar, July 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Parwani-Wilayat and its Chief Patron Maulana Sibti Mohammad Shabbir Qummi praised Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan’s move to highlight the Kashmir dispute in the United States.

Maulana Qummi said Imran Khan is a staunch leader of the oppressed Kashmiris, who took every possible step to address this long-standing issue at the diplomatic level and continued diplomatic assistance to Kashmiris, regardless of Indian threats. He said it is commendable for the Prime Minister to invite Donald Trump to mediate on the Kashmir issue during his visit to the United States. »

Jammu, July 24 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the authorities have imposed strict restrictions on participation in any political activities by Muslims during Friday prayers in Kishtwar town.

The District Magistrate (DM) Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana on Tuesday imposed restrictions on participation in any political activities during Friday prayers in the town.

The aim of restrictions is to curb voice and stop political activities of pro-freedom and Muslim leaders in the district, while the Hindu fanatics, RSS, BJP, Banjrang Dal, Shiv Sehna, VHP, Rashtriya Sevak and other Hindu extremist communal groups are freely carrying out political and anti-Muslim programmes in Kisthwar and other districts of the Jammu region. »
