PM reassures Kashmiri leaders of Pakistan’s persistent support » Kashmir Media Service

Muzaffarabad, August 14 (KMS): Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the whole Pakistani nation stood by their Kashmiri brethren in the most difficult time and Pakistan would keep up extending moral, diplomatic and political support to them.

The Prime Minister stated this during a meeting with prominent leaders of AJK and Hurriyat Conference in Muzaffarabad. He said Pakistan would highlight the Kashmir cause at every international forum.

The Kashmiri leaders thanked the Prime Minister for observing the Independence Day as solidarity day with the Kashmiris and for visiting Muzaffarabad where he addressed the AJK Legislative Assembly.

The Kashmiri leaders also apprised the Prime Minister that India has crossed all limits of brutalities in occupied Kashmir which was unprecedented in any civilized world.

The meeting was attended among others by Chairman of the Senate of Pakistan Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani, Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan Asad Qaiser, Special Assistant to Pakistan Prime Minister for Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Ali Amin Gandapur, Chairman of Parliamentary Committee of the Parliament on Kashmir Syed Fakhar Imam, AJK President Sardar Masood Khan, AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider and APHC representatives Syed Muhammad Abdullah Gilani, Syed Faiz Naqshbandi, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar, Muhammad Rafiq Dar, Muhammad Hussain Khateeb, Mrs Shamim Shawal, Sheikh Muhammad Yaqboob, Hassan Al-Bana, Syed Ejaz Rehmani and Imtiaz Wani.
