JKCHR for fiscal support to KKRF in case against Modi, 2 others » Kashmir Media Service

London, September 21 (KMS): The President of London-based Jammu Kashmir Council for Human Rights (JKCHR), Dr Syed Nazir Gilani, has urged the Azad Jammu and Kashmir government, Kashmiri Diaspora and various political and civil society groups to join hands with Kashmir Khalistan Referendum Front (KKRF) to provide it full financial support in the case against Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi and two others filed in District Court Houston, Texas.

Dr Nazir Gilani in a statement while commenting on the case filed against Modi and two others by “KKRF”, a non-profit organization, underscored the need that the support in this regard should not be individual or self-serving but should be well-considered and collective, saying optics and stunts are unhelpful.

It is to mention here that KKRF filed a case on September 19 against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and a Commander of Indian Army in occupied Kashmir, Lt. General Kanwal Jeet Singh, stating that these people have acted together and in violation of international law repealed special status of occupied Kashmir and are engaged in human rights violations in the territory.
