Srinagar, October 31 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops have launched massive crackdown operations in several areas of the territory, creating fear among the residents.

Fear griped Katrasor area of Kulgam district after Indian troops started a cordon and search operation. The troops ordered all men to assemble in a field or school ground, subjected them to frisking and searched the houses. The troops made an announcement through loudspeaker, asking people to head towards the nearest army camp.

Meanwhile, the continued cordon and search operations have created fear and tension in different areas of Srinagar, Ganderbal, Kupwara, Baramulla, Bandipora, Islamabad, Shopian, Pulwama, Kulgam, Ramban, Kishtwar, Doda and Rajouri districts.
