Jammu, March 13 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, senior leaders of various organizations, which consider Jammu and Kashmir as unresolved dispute, organized an interaction on the “The way forward in J&K & present environment of hatred created by BJP-RSS”.

London, March 13 (KMS): Debbie Abrahams, UK Labour Party MP and Chairperson of All Parties Parliamentary Group on Kashmir (APPGK) in the British Parliament, presented a resolution in the UK Parliament for debate.

March 26 has been fixed for debate on the resolution titled “Human Rights in Kashmir”.

The debate is being held in the wake of a week-long visit by a delegation of the APPGK to Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir last month.

The parliamentary delegation, besides a report of the visit, also presented a resolution in the parliament for a detailed debate on ‘Kashmir situation and human rights in Kashmir’. The parliament, accepting the resolution, fixed 26th March for debate. The members will take part in the debate for three hours.

It is to mention here that earlier the Kashmir situation had been discussed in the UK parliament for three times where Kashmiris’ right to self-determination and end to human rights violations were discussed. »

Islamabad, March 13 (KMS): The fact that India has become dangerous place for Muslims was once again evident when nearly 50 people were recently killed and over 250 injured during anti-Muslim campaign by extremist Hindu groups in New Delhi.

Hindu extremists enjoying patronage of ruling Bharatiya Janata Party and support of Indian police burnt and looted homes, shops, mosques and businesses of Muslims in the Indian capital. »

Srinagar, March 13 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred one Kashmiri youth in Baramulla district, today.

The troops martyred the youth during a cordon and search operation in Shutloo area of the district. The operation continued till last reports came in.

An Indian police officer talking to media claimed that the youth was a militant and was killed in an encounter with the troops.

Srinagar, March 13 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the authorities, today, repealed the detention of former puppet chief minister and National Conference President, Farooq Abdullah.

Farooq Abdullah has been under detention since 5th August last year when India repealed the special status of occupied Kashmir and placed the territory under military siege. »

Srinagar, March 13 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Ummat-e-Islami has urged the people of the territory to beware of Indian collaborators like Altaf Bukhari, Muzaffar Beig and Usman Majeed who want to harm the ongoing freedom movement for their petty interests.

The Ummat-e-Islami through posters pasted on walls of the houses, mosques and shops in Islamabad town appealed to the masses to stage social boycott of these Indian stooges and their relatives. It said these people are killers and traitors of the Kashmiri people. »

New Delhi, March 13 (KMS): New Delhi police concertedly moved against Muslims and actively helped Hindu mobs that targeted Muslims and their homes during the deadly riots that gripped the Indian capital last month, a report published by The New York Times has said.

At least 50 people were killed in Delhi’s worst communal violence in decades, over two-thirds of them from India’s Muslim minority, according to hospital lists. Mosques were burnt and vandalised along with shops. »

Srinagar, March 13 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) has said that Kashmir is a political dispute, which cannot be resolved through military might and arrest and harassment of Kashmiri people.

The JKPL organizer, Ahmed Sheikh addressing people in Rajpur, Pulwama, and General Secretary Molvi Ahmed Rathar in Shopian urged India to give up its intransigence on the Kashmir dispute and settle it through political means. »

Srinagar, March 13 (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Youth Social Forum (JKYSF) has strongly condemned the Indian authorities for their inhuman behaviour with illegally detained Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, who has been languishing in New Delhi’s infamous Tihar Jail for the last over eleven months.

The JKYSF General Secretary, Advocate Asif Ahmed Baba, in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the JKLF Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, had been on hunger strike since March 4 against his illegal detention, judicial bias and state terrorism unleashed on Kashmiris and ruthless approach towards the pro-freedom leadership. »

Islamabad, March 13 (KMS): Pakistan has urged the international community to take cognizance of the grave human rights violations against innocent Kashmiris and take appropriate measures to redress the situation.
This was emphasized during the 16th round of Pakistan-Sweden Bilateral Political Consultations in Islamabad on Thursday.
Special Secretary (Europe) Dr Aman Rashid and Head of Department for Asia and the Pacific from the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ms. Cecilia Ruthstrom-Ruin led their respective delegations. »
