Islamabad, May 24 (KMS): Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said India has further tightened its lockdown in occupied Jammu and Kashmir under the garb of COVID-19 pandemic.
He made the remarks during his telephonic conversation with OIC Secretary General Yousef bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen.

The Foreign Minister said the Indian forces have intensified its persecution campaign and extra judicial killings in the occupied valley. »

Srinagar, 23 May (KMS): In occupied Kashmir, people, last night, remained glued to Pakistani channels to know about the moon sighting.

As soon as it was announced in Pakistan that Eid ul Fitr would be observed today, same announcements were made in mosques in Srinagar and other towns and villages. In the occupied territory, it is a practice of the people that they observe eid and first of Ramadan with Pakistan and not with India or any other country.

Mirpur, May 24 (KMS): The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President Sardar Masood Khan has said that economically and militarily strong and stable Pakistan is the sole guarantee for the early success of Kashmiri peoples’ struggle for their right to self-determination.

“We must clearly understand that the coming era of new technologies will radically reshape international relations and global alliances.

Economic prowess, as always, will determine political clout and strategic weight. If Pakistan is viable economically and strong militarily, only then can we have reasonable hope for getting justice for Kashmiris”, he added, AJK Presidential secretariat said in a news release. »
