According to the family members, Ghulam Rasool Wani is a driver by profession and had not been going out work due to the lockdown and COVID-19 pandemic, but was regularly proceeding for a morning walk early and returning back home by 9am.
Wani’s niece Rubeena said, “My uncle left the house on the fateful day for his routine walk between 6 and 6.15am and when he did not return back till 9am, we got worried and started searching for him in vain till 5pm.”
