The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized dispute and settlement of outsiders in the territory is violation of the UN resolutions on Kashmir. »

New Delhi, September 30 (KMS): The European Union (EU) has expressed concern over the Indian government’s actions against the prominent human rights watchdog, Amnesty International (AI), that led to the suspension of the operations of the organization in India.

The Amnesty International in a statement on Tuesday said, reprisals from the Modi-led fascist Indian government over findings on arbitrary detentions and the use of excessive force and torture by troops in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir and questions over investigations in incidents like Delhi riots have forced the Amnesty International to halt its operations in India. »

Srinagar, September 30 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Young Mens League (JKYML) and Jammu and Kashmir Students Youth Forum (JKSYF) have strongly denounced the stepped up state terrorism and killing of innocent Kashmiri youth by Indian troops across the territory.

Islamabad, Sept 30 (KMS): Pakistan has lodged a strong protest with India over the recent ceasefire violations by Indian forces along the line of control.

Indian Charge d’Affaires Gaurav Ahluwalia was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad to register the protest.

In a statement, Foreign Office Spokesperson Zahid Hafeez said the Indian occupation forces along the LoC and the Working Boundary (WB) have been continuously targeting civilian populated areas with artillery fire, heavy-caliber mortars and automatic weapons. This year, India has committed 2387 ceasefire violations to date, resulting in 19 shahadats and serious injuries to 191 innocent civilians. »

Islamabad, Sept 30 (KMS): Pakistan has categorically rejected unwarranted and irresponsible remarks made by India’s Ministry of External Affairs regarding elections in Gilgit-Baltistan.
