New York, September 03 (KMS): The United Nations has again called on India to probe cases of forced disappearance and mass graves in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

In a letter this week addressed to the Indian government, at least nine UN rapporteurs also asked New Delhi to reconsider the closure of the State Human Rights Commission (SHRC) in the disputed Jammu and Kashmir. »

Srinagar, September 03 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, Shabbir Ahmed Dar has appealed to the United Nations to take notice of the Kashmiris’ genocide by Modi-led fascist Indian government and play role in peaceful resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

Shabbir Ahmed Dar in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India, which claims to be the largest democracy in the world, had continued indiscriminate killing of innocent Kashmiri youth. »

Srinagar, September 03 (KMS): The Indian latest statement at the United Nations (UN), asking for permanently removing discussions on Jammu and Kashmir under the “outdated agenda item” only shows its blatant disregard for the world body itself.

According to a report released by Kashmir Media Service, India’s demand for Jammu and Kashmir’s permanent removal from the agenda of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) is also unjustified and illogical. »

Srinagar, September 03 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the authorities, today, disallowed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) leaders to leave their residences to attend the party’s first meeting at its headquarters in Srinagar since August 5, last year.

PDP leader and former puppet minister, Naeem Akhtar wrote on his twitter handle, “Despite being free on paper and in govt submissions in HC and SC, PDP leadership continues to remain under illegal detention, without any official orders. I wasn’t allowed to attend the PDP meeting nor were any of my colleagues.” »

Srinagar, September 03 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a high-level delegation of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) led by its General Secretary, Molvi Bashir Ahmed visited the residences of the recently martyred youth in Pampore and Pulwama and expressed solidarity with the bereaved families.

Molvi Bashir Ahmed speaking on the occasion said that the sacrifices of the Kashmiri people would not be allowed to go waste and they would continue their struggle till complete success. Saluting the courage and determination of the heirs of martyrs, he said that the freedom-loving youth were rendering their lives for a great cause and their sacrifices would finally bear fruit. »

Srinagar, September 03 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, police on Thursday booked 10 youth in Shopian district under the draconian law, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) for taking part in a cricket tournament held in the memory of a martyred mujahid commander.

The 10 youth include nine local cricketers and brother of the martyred commander, who is believed to be the organiser of the event held in Shopian on Thursday. »

New Delhi, September 03 (KMS: Indian Army Chief, Gen MM Naravane began a two-day visit to Ladakh, today, to review situation in the region in view of the latest stand with China along the southern bank of Pangong lake.

Gen Naravane will be briefed about the evolving situation by top Army commanders overseeing deployment of troops as well as India’s combat readiness in the region.

Tension escalated in the Pangong lake area after Indian claimed that China unsuccessfully attempted to occupy certain areas in the southern bank of Pangong lake following which India rushed in additional troops and weapons to the sensitive region.

London, September 03 (KMS): The Tehreek-e-Kashmir, United Kingdom, has launched a ‘Kashmir Digital Campaign’ in different cities to highlight the rising Indian atrocities in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

The TeK UK President, Fahim Kayani and TeK Europe President, Muhammad Ghalib participated in the launching ceremonies of the campaign held in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Derby and Nottingham.

Fahim Kayani addressing the participants of the digital campaign reiterated his commitment to use all means to raise the IIOJK dispute at every level and forum. He condemned the new domicile law and other latest illegal measures taken by India to change the demography of the territory. »
