Srinagar, September 11 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference and other Hurriyat organizations have paid glowing tributes to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, on his 72nd death anniversary, today.
The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s commitment with the Kashmiri people was unshakeable and Kashmir emotionally remained nearest to his heart till his demise. He said that Quaid-e-Azam had rightly stated that Kashmir is jugular vein of Pakistan and he believed that without Kashmir Pakistan is incomplete.
The APHC spokesman said that the Two-Nation Theory that led to the creation of Pakistan in 1947 formed the basis of Kashmiris’ freedom struggle. He said, India’s August 05, 2019 actions have once again vindicated the Two-Nation Theory. Right from 1947, Kashmiris had been observing Pakistan’s important days under the shadow of Indian guns, he added.
“Kashmiris’ indigenous freedom struggle is part of Pakistan Movement. Kashmir is an unfinished agenda of the partition of subcontinent and is destined to become a part of Pakistan. The hearts of Pakistanis and Kashmiris throb in unison. Slogan of ‘Kashmir Baney Ga Pakistan’ is the voice of every Kashmiri Muslim,” the spokesman said.
He maintained that Pakistan has always supported the Kashmiris’ just struggle for securing their inalienable right to self-determination and expressed the hope that this support would continue till the Kashmiri people achieved their cherished goal. He added that peace and prosperity in South Asia cannot be achieved without resolving the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.
Illegally detained Chairman of Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi, Abdul Samad Inqilabi, in a message issued from Bandipore sub jail paid homage to the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on his death anniversary. He said that the Muslims of subcontinent were able to achieve Pakistan under the dynamic leadership of Quaid-e-Azam.
Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the achievement of a separate homeland for Muslims in the subcontinent under the unparalleled leadership of Quaid-e-Azam was a great miracle of the last century. He said that Quaid-e-Azam was considered to be an ambassador of Hindu-Muslim unity in the early days of his politics but latter he became so disillusioned with the intrigues of Hindus towards Muslims that he dedicated himself to make the dream of Allama Muhammad Iqbal of a separate homeland for Muslims a reality.
