Islamabad, October 09 (KMS): Speaker National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, has said that Pakistan’s support to the Kashmir cause on every regional and international forum will continue till the resolution of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the Kashmiris’ aspirations.

Addressing the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Kashmir Orphan Relief Trust (KORT) in Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, on Friday, he resolved to utilize all possible channels to highlight and sensitize the world about atrocities being committed on innocent Kashmiri people in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He said the Indian brutalities will not last longer and the people of Kashmir will soon get their basic right of self-determination. »

Srinagar, October 09 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has appealed to every conscientious human being across the world to raise voice in support of the besieged Kashmiri people to rescue them from the Indian brutalities.

The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said, Pakistanis stand shoulder to shoulder with their Kashmiri brethren and Prime Minister Imran Khan has resolved to become Kashmir’s voice and its ambassador. He said that the entire Muslim Ummah must wake up from slumber and help the Kashmiris in securing their inalienable right to self-determination. He urged the UN to honour its commitments regarding the Kashmir dispute, stop India from carrying out demographic changes in IIOJK and hold New Delhi accountable for its crimes in the territory.

Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, in a statement issued in Srinagar expressed concern over the plight of the Kashmiri Hurriyat leaders, activists and youth languishing in different jails of IIOJK and India. He said, these detainees are being targeted for their political ideology and demanded their immediate release. »

Srinagar, October 09 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Youth Social Forum (JKYSF) Chairman, Umar Aadil Dar, has expressed concern over false representation of the territory in the Indian media and termed it an issue concerning the future of millions of Kashmiris.

The JKYSF Chairman, Umar Aadil Dar, addressing a gathering at a mosque in Lal Chowk area of Srinagar, today, deplored that the Indian government was spreading misleading information among people regarding the Kashmir dispute and presenting it as a Pakistan-sponsored issue.

“The need of the hour is that aspirations of Kashmiris should be considered and a realistic approach should be adopted to move forward and initiate a meaningful dialogue among India, Pakistan and the real representatives of Kashmiris to resolve the lingering dispute,” he added. »

Srinagar, October 09 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of International Forum for Justice and Human Rights Jammu and Kashmir, Muhammad Ahsan Untoo, has said that illegally detained Tehreek-e- Hurriyat Chairman, Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai, is suffering from severe joint pain, hypertension and other ailments as per his medical report.

Muhammad Ahsan Untoo in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Muhammad Ashraf Sehrai needed immediate medical attention but the authorities at Udhampur jail were not provided any medical facility to him as advised by his doctors in Bone and Joint Hospital, Srinagar. »

Srinagar, October 09 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi, Abdul Samad Inqilabi, has demanded immediate release of all illegally detained Kashmiris including Hurriyat leaders and activists.

A bench headed by Chief Justice, S A Bobde, which was hearing pleas of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind and others saying that a section of media was spreading communal hatred over Tableeghi Jamaat congregation during the onset of COVID-19 pandemic, pulled up the Indian government for its evasive and brazen affidavit on the issue.

The bench observed this when senior advocate, Dushyant Dave, appearing for Jamaat, said India in its affidavit has stated that petitioners are trying to muzzle freedom of speech and expression. »
