Srinagar, November 07 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders have said that the Kashmiris are engaged in a peaceful struggle to secure their right to self-determination and Indian atrocities cannot stop them from achieving their cherished goal.

These leaders said that India was pursuing cruel and ruthless vindictive policies to suppress the Kashmiris’ ongoing freedom struggle but would not succeed in its nefarious designs.

Senior Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, in a statement in Srinagar condemned the continued illegal detention of Hurriyat leaders including Muhammad Yasin Malik, Shabbir Ahmed Shah, Aasiya Andrabi, Masarrat Aalam Butt, Pir Saifullah, Shahid-ul-Islam, Altaf Ahmed Shah, Ayaz Muhammad Akbar, Raja Merajuddin, Nayeem Ahmed Khan, Farooq Ahmed Dar, Naheeda Nasreen and Fehmeeda Sufi in New Delhi’s infamous Tihar jail. He demanded immediate release of all Kashmiri detainees. »

Srinagar, November 07 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, senior Hurriyat leader, Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori, has expressed concern over the plight of Kashmiri political detainees and the prolongation of their illegal and inhumane detention.

Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the cruel and ruthless policies were purely vindictive, under which political leaders and youth were being detained in the jails of India and the territory.

He expressed concern over the deteriorating health of illegally detained Chairperson of Dukhtaran-e-Millat, Aasiya Andrabi, and her associates Naheeda Nasreen and Fehmeeda Sufi in New Delhi’s infamous Tihar jail. He said that it was the worst kind of political victimization that the women were being kept out of the valley despite their illness. »

Srinagar, November 07 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement (JKPM), a constituent of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, at a function organized in Jammu paid glowing tributes to the Jammu martyrs of 1947.

Speaking on the occasion, APHC leader and JKPM Chairman, Mir Shahid Saleem said that hundreds of thousands of Muslim across the Jammu region were killed by the forces of Dogra Maharaja, Indian Army and Hindu extremists in November 1947 while they were migrating to Pakistan. He said this was one of the worst examples of ethnic cleansing in the human history. He said more than five hundred thousand Muslim of Jammu and its adjoining districts were either killed in cold blood or driven out of their homes by the communal elements. He said massacre of the Jammu Muslims was a blot on the face of human civilization. »

Srinagar, November 07 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) has said that slaughtering lakhs of Muslims jointly by Dogra forces, Indian army and communal forces was a most brutal incident of human history.

The JKPL Chief Organizer, Dr Sarfaraz Ahmad Khan, in a meeting in Bemina, Srinagar, said that all the areas of Jammu witnessed the ugliest carnage and all streets and fields of Jammu were flooded with blood and flesh of Muslims. »

Srinagar, November 07 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) is set to induct bullet proof heavy-armoured vehicle ‘Renault Sherpa’ for using it in cordon and search operation in the territory.

The vehicle is one of the six versions of the Sherpa armoured vehicles manufactured by French company ‘Renault Trucks Defense’.

The vehicle was spotted in Srinagar on Friday. Earlier, the vehicle was seen in Srinagar on 13 February 2018 during a gunfight between Indian forces and Mujahideen in Karan Nagar area of Srinagar. »

Sialkot, November 07 (KMS): The speakers of a conference have said that India first martyred more than 2.5 lakh Muslims in Jammu in 1947 and forced more than 500,000 people to migrate to Pakistan to turn the Muslim majority into a minority under a well-hatch conspiracy.

The speakers of the conference held in connection with Jammu Martyrs Day in Sialkot said now through the 5th August 2019 measures, India wants to change the turn the Muslim majority in the Kashmir valley into a minority.

The conference was organised under the auspices of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference Azad Jammu and Kashmir (APHC-AJK) chapter. Convener, Muhammad Hussain Khateeb chaired the conference. »

Srinagar, November 07 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of Islami Tanzeem-e-Azadi, Abdul Samad Inqilabi has paid glowing tributes to the three Kashmiris martyred by Indian troops in Pulwama district.

The youth were martyred by Indian troops during a cordon and search operation in Pampore area of Pulwama district, yesterday.

Abdul Samad Inqilabi in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Kashmiri youth were rendering their lives for a great cause and their sacrifices would bring positive results. »
