Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Anjuman Shari Shian has strongly denounced the continued house arrest of its President and senior APHC leader, Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi.

A spokesman of Anjuman Shari Shian in a statement issued in Srinagar said that Agha Syed Hassan Al-Moosvi Al-Safvi was recently released after 14 months of continued house arrest on court orders. However, he said, the party President is not allowed to lead any religious program or Friday prayers. »

IIOJK legal body forced to defer elections

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred two more Kashmiri youth in Shopian district, today.

The youth were killed by the troops during a cordon and search operation in Kutpora area of the district. An Indian Army official claimed that the youth were killed in an encounter triggered during a cordon and search operation jointly launched by Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force and Indian police. The authorities suspended internet service in Shopian and Kulgam districts. »

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Muttahida Majlis-e-Ulema (MMU) has reiterated its demanded for the release of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq from arbitrary house arrest to resume his religious, political and social activities in the territory.

Expressing strong resentment over the continued house arrest of its chief Mirwaiz Umar Farooq who remains incarcerated since August 05, 2019, the MMU at a meeting in Srinagar said the Mirwaiz has been under arbitrary house detention for the past over fifteen months. »

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the High Court Bar Association (HCBA) deferred its internal elections that were scheduled to be held today.

The development comes following a notice issued to the HCBA by the territory’s admin wherein it was asked to clarify its stand whether it sees Kashmir as a dispute or an integral part of India. In this regard, the Bar said, “We deliberated upon the notice of Government and a unanimous decision came to fore for deferment of elections,” adding no new date for the polls have been fixed yet. »

Srinagar, November 10 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami has said that Modi led fascist Indian government is working on a wicked plan to deprive the Kashmiris of their land making them strangers in their own homeland.

Khadim Hussain, Chairman of Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami, in a statement issued in Srinagar, appealed to the Kashmiri people to thwart India’s nefarious designs with unity. “After the unilateral and illegal move to end the special status of Jammu and Kashmir on August 5, 2019, India has now started a never-ending game of enforcing colonial style laws in IIOJK,” the statement added.

He said that Indian Home Ministry had recently amended the land laws to pave the way for Indian Hindus to acquire land in the occupied territory. »
