Srinagar, November 26 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference and other Hurriyat leaders and organizations have strongly denounced the occupation authorities for demolishing residential houses and other structures belonging to Muslims in the territory.

The authorities have, so far, demolished scores of houses and other structures of Gujjar and Bakarwal communities at Pahalgam in Islamabad and Muslim majority areas in Jammu. The APHC spokesman in a statement in Srinagar said that the authorities had taken control of the seized land to settle Hindu outsiders to upset the Muslim majority status of Jammu and Kashmir. »

Islamabad, November 26 (KMS): The informed sources in Islamabad have rejected Indian propaganda that Jammu and Kashmir has not been included on the agenda of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers meeting being held in Niger.

These sources have said that India is trying to give an impression as if the Kashmir dispute has skipped in the agenda of the forthcoming OIC meeting. The sources have said that Jammu and Kashmir is very much on the agenda as it has been in the OIC meetings so far. The Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Shah Mahmood Qureshi will brief the OIC Foreign Ministers about the latest situation of the occupied territory and besides, AJK president Sardar Masood Khan, APHC leaders Ghulam Mohammad Safi and Syed Faiz Naqashbandi will address the meeting. »

Islamabad, November 26 (KMS): The Foreign Office Spokesman has categorically rejected the media reports that Jammu and Kashmir dispute has not been included on the agenda of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) meeting, being held in Niger.

The Foreign Office Spokesman in his weekly press briefing in Islamabad, today, termed the reports as baseless and said such irresponsible speculations are part of false Indian propaganda and disinformation campaign. The Jammu and Kashmir dispute remains a permanent item on the OIC’s agenda, he added. »

Niamey, November 26 (KMS): Pakistani Foreign Minister Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi met OIC Secretary General Dr. Yousuf Al-Taseemin in the capital of Niger.

Foreign Secretary Sohail Mahmood and senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were also present in the meeting.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on Islamophobia, the situation of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the issue of Palestine and the issues faced by the Muslim Ummah. »

Two troops were killed and several others were injured in an attack in HMT area of the city.

Meanwhile, an Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) soldier was injured after his service rifle went off inside a camp in Humhama area of Badgam district. The injured soldier was referred to 92 Base Army Hospital in Srinagar.

Gets 2 lethal drones on lease from US firm for 1 year

New Delhi, November 26 (KMS): The Modi government, continuing with its nefarious designs to create a regional hegemony, has taken on lease a pair of one of the deadliest drones in the world from US company, General Atomics.

The agreement for one-year lease for the “predator” series drones has been signed directly with the company, Indian media reported quoting official sources. The Navy has got “Sea Guardians”, a variant used by the US Navy, under “emergency procurement”.

The drones have arrived at the Indian Naval Station INS Rajali, near Chennai. The process for getting 30 such drones in two variants – one for use over land and the other over sea – is underway, the sources said. India could deploy the same in Ladakh and over the Indian Ocean. The move came after the Defence Acquisition Procedure-2020 incorporated a new category to enable operation of assets without owning them. »
