Srinagar, November 29 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, a 35-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances in his rented room in Shah Mohalla area of Chattabal in Srinagar, today.

An official said that the man has been living as tenant in the room for the last two months and was running a tea stall near Cassete School in Karan Nagar area.

The official said that the house, where the deceased had taken a room on rent, belongs to Abdul Aziz Butt, son of Ghulam Rasool, a resident of Shah Mohalla Bund Sonerkoul. »

Srinagar, November 29 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir has condemned the continued illegal and criminal detention of party Chairman, Mohammad Ashraf Sehrai.

Molvi Ali Muhammad Jan was the elder brother of Shaheed-e-Millat Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq, who passed away on Friday in Srinagar.

The forum expressed heartfelt condolences with Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, sons of the deceased, Molvi Khalid Umar and Molvi Hamid Ali and the entire Mirwaiz family. »

Srinagar, November 29 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed satisfaction over the OIC Foreign Ministers’ Council resolution passed in favour of the Kashmiris’ inalienable right to self-determination at its session in Niamey, Niger.

APHC General Secretary Molvi Bashir Ahmad in a statement issued in Srinagar, today, thanked Pakistan for its efforts to muster the support of Muslim countries for the Kashmir cause. He said, the situation has become more serious in occupied Kashmir where human rights violations are committed by Indian troops in a systematic manner. He said that Shah Mehmood Qureshi, the Foreign Minister of Pakistan, had very well drawn the attention of the Muslim countries towards the sufferings of the Kashmiri people, and now the world should come forward in a big way to grant the Kashmiris their internationally-acknowledged right to self-determination.

He said that the OIC Contact Group urged India to stop operations against the people of Kashmir and respect their fundamental rights, give up change in the demography of IIOJK and resolve the lingering Kashmir dispute according to the UN resolutions and aspirations of the Kashmiri people. »
