Srinagar, January 11 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, General Secretary of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Molvi Bashir Ahmed has said that the dark night of oppression imposed by India will end and the Kashmiris will see the dawn of freedom, one day.

Molvi Bashir Ahmed while addressing party workers in Pulwama said, the Kashmiris have never submitted to Indian machinations and will fight till end. He urged the international community to increase its pressure on India to stop state terrorism in Kashmir and grant the people the opportunity to decide their political future through plebiscite.

Hurriyat leaders and organizations in their separate statements sharply reacted to the IIOJK police charge-sheet confirming the involvement of Indian Army Captain Bhupinder Singh in the killing of three Rajouri youth in a fake encounter for Rs 2 million reward. They urged the United Nations to set up a special tribunal to probe all such killings in the occupied territory. »

Jammu, January 11 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the special TADA/POTA court of India, today, framed fake charges against illegally detained Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik in a three-decade-old fake case.

The 3rd Additional Sessions (Special judge TADA/POTA) in Jammu, framed the charges against Muhammad Yasin Malik regarding the incident of Rubiya Sayeed kidnapping, Indian officials told media men. »

Srinagar, January 11 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian police arrested over seven youth in Pulwama and Poonch districts.

Indian police during house raids arrested three youth from Awatipore area of Pulwama district and four youth in Mandher area of Pooch district.

Meanwhile, a 38-year-old man, Shariq Mohammad, died of multiple stab injuries at the Government Medical College and Hospital in Jammu, triggering protests by the family members. »

Srinagar, January 11 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami has demanded of the United Nations to set up a special tribunal to probe the killing of innocent Kashmiri youth in fake encounters by Indian troops.

The Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Indian troops had martyred hundreds of youth in fake encounters in different areas of occupied Jammu and Kashmir during the past 33 years. He said that last year, Indian Army Captain Bhupinder Singh had killed three Rajouri youth in a fake encounter in Amshipura area of Shopian district. »
