Srinagar, February 13 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has appealed to the international human rights organizations to take serious note of victimization of illegally detained Kashmiri political prisoners languishing in various jails of the territory and India.

The APHC spokesman in a statement in Srinagar termed the condition of Kashmiri political prisoners as worrisome because of the worst kind of victimization by India for their rightful political beliefs. »

Srinagar, February 13 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Narendra-Modi led fascist BJP government has crossed all limits of brutalities, making the lives of the people of the territory a living hell.

An analytical report released by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, said that killings, arrests, cordon and search operations, use of brute force and destruction of houses by Indian troops and police had become a norm in the occupied territory. It said that the fresh wave of violence and atrocities by Indian troops had increased the miseries of innocent Kashmiris who were already suffering immensely due to the months-long military siege imposed by India. It pointed out that the troops martyred 309 Kashmiris including 35 in custody since August 05, 2019 when Modi regime revoked special status of IIOJK. »

Srinagar, February 13 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed deep grief over the passing away of several personalities, who had strong relations with the organisation, the movement and the Mirwaiz family.

Among these personalities was senior advocate, Haji Muhammad Amin Malik of Gojwara presently living at Umar Colony in Lal Bazaar. He was a veteran member of the AAC and close political associate of Shaheed-e-Millat, Mirwaiz Molvi Muhammad Farooq. »

APHC leader and JKPM Chairman, Mir Shahid Saleem, addressing a meeting of prominent socio-political activists in Jammu said that after the abrogation of Kashmir’s special status, New Delhi was depriving the IIOJK people of everything. “We are being deprived of our resources. Ghulam Mohammad Bulla was arrested on February 15, 1975 for leading a protest rally against the Indira-Abdullah Accord and was tortured and martyred in custody. »

New Delhi, Feb 13 (KMS): In India at least 30 people were killed and dozens others injured in an explosion and other incidents in different areas.

At least 15 workers were killed and 30 injured in an explosion that ripped through a fireworks factory near Sattur in Tamil Nadu .The explosion took place when some chemicals were being mixed to produce fireworks at the unit in Acchankulam village, said the Indian police.

At least eight persons, including women and children, were killed when a tourist bus fell into a gorge near Damuku in Andhra Pradesh’s Visakhapatnam district, the Indian police said. »

Separate benches of Justice Sanjay Dhar, Justice Sanjeev Kumar and Justice Rajnesh Oswal quashed the detention of Javaid Ahmed Sofi, Mudassir Ahmed Dar, Showkat Ahmed Mir, Rayees Ahmed Chak, Shafqat Abrar, Nisar Ahmed Khanday and Atta Muhammad Malik and ordered their release. »
