Muzaffarabad March 15 (MS): Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir held a protest rally outside press club in Muzaffarabad, today, against the use of brute force by Indian forces on peaceful protesters in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

A large number of people participated in the rally and raised slogans against the Indian forces and Narendra Modi.

The Chairman of Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir Uzair Ahmad Ghazali, Vice Chairman of International Forum for Justice, Mushtaq-ul-Islam, Javed Ahmed Mughal, Sheikh Azhar, Sardar Danish, Usman Ali Hashim, Muhammad Aimal Farzam, refugees’ representatives, Chaudhry Mohammad Ismail, Chaudhry Shah Wali, Abdul Hameed Lone and Syed Mehar Gilani addressed on the occasion. »

Srinagar, March 15 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the Chairman of International Forum for Justice and Human Rights, Mohammad Ahsan Untoo has denounced the killing and injuring of people by Indian troops in Rawalpora area of Shopian district.

Mohammad Ahsan Untoo in a statement issued in Srinagar deplored that the troops fired bullets and pellets on the mourners and blasted more than dozen houses and set scores of buildings on fire. »

Srinagar, March 15 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred one more Kashmiri youth in Shopian district, today, raising the toll to two in the past two days.

The troops martyred the youth during a violent cordon and search operation in Rawalpora area of the district while body of one youth was recovered on Sunday from the debris of a house destroyed by the troops. »

Srinagar, March 15 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, protest demonstrations continued across the territory against the blasphemous move by a pawn of ruling BJP in India and former Chairman of Uttar Pradesh Shia Waqf Board, Waseem Rizvi.

One such protest was held in north Kashmir’s Sopore town against the blasphemous statement made by Rizvi. Scores of people under the banner of Masajid Aima staged the protest.

Rizvi had on Thursday moved the Indian Supreme Court with a petition asking for deletion of 26 verses of the Holy Quran. The protesters demanded that Rizvi be arrested and hanged immediately. »

Jammu, March 15 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, APHC leader and Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Social Peace Forum, Devinder Singh Behl has said that Narendra Modi’s fascist government is pursuing the agenda of Hindu extremist organizations BJP and RSS to crush minorities by pitching them against each other.

Devinder Singh Behl, while addressing party workers in Nowshera, said that the BJP had used its pawn and former chairman of the Shia Waqf Board of Uttar Pradesh, Waseem Rizvi, to hurt the feelings of Muslims. He said that no one would tolerate comments against religion. “This is the attitude of the Indian government that it is using religion cards to divide Muslims.” »

Srinagar, March 15 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders, organizations and  rights activists have strongly condemned killings, arsons and use of brute force by Indian troops on protesters in Shopian district.

Senior Hurriyat leader Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori while addressing a condolence meeting in Rafiabad said that Kashmiri youth are sacrificing their lives for a sacred cause and said that India has morally lost its war in Jammu and Kashmir and is using all possible means to avenge the Kashmiris.

He said that Kashmir issue is a long standing dispute and India itself took this dispute to the United Nations and promised to give Kashmiris their right to self-determination. He said that India was inflicting the worst kind of torture on Kashmiris for demanding the same right. »

Srinagar 15 March (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Kashmir Resistance Movement, the Kashmir Hurriyat Youth Forum and Jammu and Kashmir Justice League have strongly condemned the continued brutalities by Indian troops in the territory.

Hurriyat organizations have pasted posters in Srinagar and its suburbs which said that Indian troops were killing innocent people in IIOJK. »

Islamabad, March 15 (KMS): Syed Faiz Naqshbandi, Convener of AJK chapter of Hurriyat forum led by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq has drawn attention of UN Human Rights Council in Geneva and the world leaders towards stepped up Indian state terrorism in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Naqshbandi in a statement said that Indian forces are destroying houses, business centres and arresting Kashmiris on unfounded charges, making their life miserable.

He demanded immediate release of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq who is in arbitrary and illegal house detention since 5th August 2019. The condition of Kashmiris including Hurriyat leaders in Indian jails is very pathetic and International Committee of Red Cross should intervene and visit Indian jails, he demanded. »

Over dozen houses blasted by troops in Shopian

Srinagar, March 15 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, dozens of youth were injured, many critically, in firing of bullets and pellets on protesters by Indian troops in Shopian district.

People staged the protest demonstration against continued violent cordon and search operations in Rawalpora and other areas of the district. The troops killed a youth and used explosive material to destroy half a dozen houses in the area.

The troops fired pellets and bullets on protesters injuring two dozen youth mostly aged between 18 to 22 years in Rawalpora area of district. »
