Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC), while facilitating people as well as Government of Pakistan, prayed for prosperity, stability and solidarity of the country.

The APHC at its consultative body meeting chaired by its Working Vice Chairman Ghulam Ahmad Gulzar in Srinagar, today, expressed satisfaction over Pakistan’s moral, political and diplomatic support to the freedom struggle of people of the occupied territory. »

Jammu, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, speakers at a joint meeting of Muslims, Sikhs and Dalits have said that BJP-led Indian government has unleashed a reign of terror against minorities across India.

The meeting was held at GDC Trust Conference Hall in Jammu. Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Tehreek-e-Muzahamat has said that summons to Bilquees Shah, the wife of illegally detained senior APHC leader Shabbir Ahmad Shah, by India’s notorious National Investigation Agency is a fresh example of New Delhi’s colonial strategy to coerce pro-freedom leadership in the territory.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Tehreek-e-Muzahamat Chairman Bilal Ahmad Siddiqui while strongly reacting to the NIA summons to Dr Bilquees Shah in a statement issued in Srinagar said that unnerved by the determination of pro-freedom leadership, India has resorted to multiple colonial measures to muzzle the freedom voice in the occupied territory. »

Islamabad, March 22 (KMS): A Kashmiri delegation while virtually attending the 46th sessions of the United Nations Human Rights Council has urged the Council to take concrete steps to combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir that remained under curfew, siege, lockdown and virtual lock-up for months together.

According to Kashmir Media Service, while taking part in general debate Agenda Item, the delegation said Kashmiri Muslims were denied entry to religious places, children were barred to attend schools and even the right to mobility was snatched. Altaf Hussain Wani, representative of World Muslim Congress while citing the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination told the council that “the each State Party undertakes not to sponsor, defend or support racial discrimination by any persons or organizations but BJP led right-wing Hindu government is constantly violating this international convention.” »

Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders have felicitated the government as well as the people of Pakistan on their National Day and prayed for a strong, prosperous, stable and safe Pakistan.

These Hindu fascist forces systematically carried out Jalianwala Bagh like massacres in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir ever since the Kashmiris took to the arms in 1989 after failing to achieve their goal of self determination through peaceful means while being in Indian political system for 45 long years. »

Glowing tributes paid to youth martyred in Shopian

Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders and organizations have paid glowing tributes to the four youth martyred by Indian troops in a fake encounter in Shopian district, today.

Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference Chairman Shabbir Ahmad Dar in a statement issued in Srinagar said, the present resistance movement is being nourished by the blood of proud sons of soil and it will soon reach its destination as huge sacrifices cannot go waste. He said despite all odds, the Kashmiris would carry forward the sacred mission of the martyrs to its cherished goal. He urged the global community to intervene and save the youth of Kashmir whose only crime is to demand the right of self determination, promised to us by United Nations. »

Kashmiris demand freedom from Indian illegal occupation

Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani flag has been hoisted while posters have appeared for the second consecutive day, today, in Srinagar and other parts of the territory greeting Pakistani people on the eve of the Pakistan Day.

Pakistani flag has been hoisted to celebrate 23 March, which is Pakistan Day, in the occupied territory. The posters were carrying the pictures of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, Chief of Army General Bajwa, Hurriyat leaders, Syed Ali Gilani, Muhammad Yasin Malik, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Masarrat Aalam Butt, Aasiya Andrabi, Naheeda Nasreen and Fehmeeda Sofi.

The posters were displayed by Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Alliance and Ahl-e-Jammu and Kashmir,Kashmir Resistance Movement, Kashmir Hurriyet Youth Forum and Jammu and Kashmir Justice League.

India has turned IIOJK into a big prison and military camp and made life of Kashmiris miserable. The posters gave a massage to India that it cannot weaken the liberation movement through its military occupation and brutalities. The posters said that the Kashmiris’ demand is freedom from Indian illegal occupation.

Through these posters, the people of Pakistan have been asked to continue work for making Pakistan stronger and more stable country as only a strong Pakistan can guarantee peace in the region.

Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Peoples Democratic Party President Mehbooba Mufti has said that elections are neither a priority for her party nor a solution to the Kashmir dispute.

The former IIOJK Chief Minister in a media interview refused to contest elections until the special status of Jammu and Kashmir is restored. For this, she says her struggle will continue “through peaceful and democratic means”. »

Srinagar, March 22 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Indian troops in their fresh act of state terrorism martyred four Kashmiri youth in Shopian district, today.

The youth were killed by the troops in a fake encounter during a violent cordon and search operation in Manihal area of the district. The operation was jointly launched by Indian Army, Central Reserve Police Force and Indian police. The troops destroyed many houses during the operation.

The authorities suspended Internet service immediately after the killing in the area. »
