Srinagar, March 23 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Harriet Conference has said that Narendra Modi-led fascist Indian government is grossly violating the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) with regard to the prisoners’ rights.

The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar castigated the ruthless behavior and revengeful attitude of the Indian authorities towards the Kashmiri political prisoners languishing in different jails of IIOJK and India. He said that the illegally detained Hurriyat leaders and activists were facing the wrath of the Indian jail authorities. »

The Hurriyat forum in a statement issued in Srinagar, today, said, the development is being observed with anticipation by the people of IIOJK who are deeply affected by the strained relations between the two countries. »

Srinagar, March 23 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Hurriyat leaders and organizations have extended warm greetings to the people as well as Government of Pakistan on the Pakistan Day, today.

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference in a statement issued in Srinagar said that bonds of the people of Jammu and Kashmir with Pakistan are strong and multidimensional. The Kashmiris’ love for the country, the statement added, is vindicated by the fact that they hoist Pakistani flags and celebrate the day in the volley of brutal firing by the Indian troops. Besides, they shroud the dead bodies of their martyrs in Pakistani flag. »

Srinagar, March 23 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Kashmiri women and children organized a function in Srinagar to celebrate Pakistan’s National Day, today.

Women and children gathered at a place in the city, sang Pakistan’s National Anthem and waved Pakistani flag. Children had also inflated balloons of green and white colour depicting Pakistan flag.

The participants on the occasion said despite challenging times, they have gathered to express unity with the holy land – Pakistan – and convey to the world that Kashmiri Muslims want to live and die with the Muslims of Pakistan.

They said, Pakistan openly supports the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination and the celebration was meant to extend thanks to the country.

Islamabad, March 23 (KMS):  The resolution passed on 23 March 1940 is the main driving force behind Kashmir freedom struggle, which is in fact a continuation of the Pakistan Movement.

This has been stated in a report released by Kashmir Media Service in connection with the Pakistan Day, today. The report pointed out that a Kashmiri delegation had attended the public event in Lahore on 23 March in 1940 and had announced in the big gathering that the J&K people would be a part of future Muslim state in the region. The report said Kashmir is the unfinished agenda of the Partition Plan of the sub-continent. Besides, Pakistanis and Kashmiris share strong religious, historic and cultural bonds. »

Srinagar, March 23 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani flags have been hoisted for the third consecutive day in Srinagar, Kulgam, Shopian and other parts of the territory greeting Pakistani people and government on the Pakistan Day, today.

Pakistani flags and posters have been displayed to celebrate 23 March, the Pakistan Day, in the occupied territory. The posters are carrying pictures of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Hurriyat leaders including Syed Ali Gilani. »

Gujjar family attacked, livestock killed in Samba; IGP says 'case filed'

Jammu, March 23 (KMS): In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, goons associated with Hindu extremist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh attacked a Muslim Bakarwal family in Samba district of Jammu region, tortured men and molested female members.

The attack by RSS goons left the Muslim Bakerwal family grievously wounded, while no one has been arrested, so far.

SSP Samba, Rajesh Sharma, while confirming the incident told media that police have registered a case and investigations are under way, but no arrests have been made. »

He said the Kashmiris’ love for the country is vindicated by the fact that the people of Kashmir hoist Pakistani flags amid the volley of bullet firing by Indian troops and celebrate the day. He said that being an ideological country, Pakistan is a source of inspiration and strength for the entire Muslim Ummah, particularly the Muslim of South Asia. He hoped that people of occupied Kashmir would soon get freedom from Indian yoke and would celebrate the Pakistan Day the way it is being celebrated by the people of Pakistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, today. »
